Welcome to the Modern Servant Leadership Assessment tool. Here we assess the individual based on the 7 principles of Servant Leadership: Selfless, Empathetic, Resolute, Virtuous, Authentic, Nonpartisan, and Thorough. These principles were identified as central attributes of dozens of servant leadership models throughout a decade long research effort.
